A preorder allows you to reserve an Organic Oasis product before it is officially available or ready to ship.

Yes. However, orders containing both preorder and ready-to-ship products may be held until all items are available.
To receive available products sooner, we recommend placing preorder and ready-to-ship items in separate orders.

We currently ship to United States only. We’re thoughtfully working toward expanding our shipping destinations so we can bring the Oasis experience to more customers worldwide.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working toward expanding to additional countries and will share updates as international shipping becomes available.

Preorder processing times are separate from carrier delivery times.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Packages may be returned because of an incomplete address, incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Due to the personal, hygienic, and consumable nature of our body-care and tea products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.
