How do I place an order?

Choose the products you would like, select the quantity, and click Pre-order or Add to Cart, depending on availability. Follow the checkout instructions to enter your shipping and payment information.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase is completed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at organicoasiswellness@gmail.com.

We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before production or fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered production, been packaged, or shipped, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at organicoasiswellness@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect address was entered during checkout.

What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an Organic Oasis product before it is officially available or ready to ship.

Your payment is collected at checkout, and your order is reserved for fulfillment once the product becomes available.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders are expected to ship within 7 days of each launch.

Because our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches, production timelines may occasionally change. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Is the preorder discount automatic?

The preorder discount is automatically applied at checkout. No discount code is required.

Can I purchase preorder and ready-to-ship products together?

Yes. However, orders containing both preorder and ready-to-ship products may be held until all items are available.

To receive available products sooner, we recommend placing preorder and ready-to-ship items in separate orders.

What happens if a preorder is delayed?

We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout and share an updated estimated shipping date.

If the delay is significant, we may provide additional options depending on the status of your order.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorder cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

Where does Organic Oasis ship?

We currently ship to United States only. We’re thoughtfully working toward expanding our shipping destinations so we can bring the Oasis experience to more customers worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working toward expanding to additional countries and will share updates as international shipping becomes available.

How long does shipping take?

After your order is processed, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

Preorder processing times are separate from carrier delivery times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your package has been prepared for shipment.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

What should I do if my tracking says “delivered,” but I cannot find the package?

Please:

  1. Check around the delivery location, mailbox, lobby, or front desk.
  2. Ask other members of your household or nearby neighbors.
  3. Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at organicoasiswellness@gmail.com. Organic Oasis is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout, but we will help you review the available information.

What happens if my package is returned to Organic Oasis?

Packages may be returned because of an incomplete address, incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

We will contact you if your package is returned. Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal, hygienic, and consumable nature of our body-care and tea products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Prior authorization is required before sending anything back.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged because of an error by Organic Oasis.

Customers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs on approved returns.

  • Clear photographs of the product

Discontinue use immediately.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, scent, or appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect the product’s intended quality.
