In 2018, my life changed overnight when I was diagnosed with lupus.

Soon after, I was faced with lupus nephritis, which is lupus attacking my kidneys, pulmonary embolisms in both lungs, fibromyalgia, restrictive lung disease, an eye stroke, and many other complex health challenges.

Suddenly, my world revolved around medications, appointments, and learning how to live in a body that felt unfamiliar.

After years of taking long lists of medications that only made me feel worse every other month, the concept of being “healthy” became foreign to me.

Ready to redefine life as a lupus warrior, I decided to focus on holistic alternatives and began to heal myself through nature and naturopathic practices.

That journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me the power of patience, the importance of listening to my body, and the healing that happens when we return to what’s natural.

Now, my purpose is to help you take the first step on your path to wellness.
