What is your return policy?
Due to the personal, hygienic, and consumable nature of our body-care and tea products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Prior authorization is required before sending anything back.

Are shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged because of an error by Organic Oasis.
Customers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs on approved returns.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package and label
Please keep the damaged product and packaging until we complete our review.
Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at organicoasiswellness@gmail.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph of everything received. We will review the order and work to resolve the problem.
When will I receive an approved refund?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Please allow 3-5 business days for Organic Oasis to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
Because of hygiene and product-safety considerations, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Contact us if you received a damaged or incorrect product so we can review the situation.
What if I experience irritation or an allergic reaction?
Discontinue use immediately.
Review the full ingredient list before using any product, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies. We recommend performing a patch test before applying a new topical product more broadly.
Organic Oasis cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual. Contact a qualified healthcare professional if you experience a concerning or persistent reaction.
Experiencing an individual sensitivity or allergic reaction does not automatically make a product eligible for a refund.
